Nazari co-founded Vital Connect, Inc. in 2011, a Silicon Valley company that addresses global healthcare crisis through the use of advanced technology.
Before Vital Connect, Nazari founded Pacific General Ventures in 2003 which invests in semiconductor and software companies and served as CEO of the firm's portfolio company, Teranetics, Inc. from 2009 to 2010.
From 1987 to 2002, he held various technical and executive positions at Marvell Semiconductor, Inc., GEC Plessey Semiconductor, Seagate Technology and Digital Equipment Corporation. He holds eight patents.
In 2003, Nazari established the Hasbun Nazari Charitable Fund which supports various charities worldwide with an emphasis on children's education and welfare, healthcare research and public policy. He holds a doctorate in engineering from the University of Colorado and lives in Atherton, California.
