Securing the Border and Deporting Criminals

Energy

53. Reconsidered the EPA’s 2009 endangerment finding, which provides the legal foundation for an array of climate change rules.

55. Targeted power plant regulations that were forcing coal power plant closures and disincentivizing new natural gas plants.

56. Rescinded electric vehicle mandates and the social cost of carbon metric.

Education

66. Issued an executive order to end the Department of Education, returned many Department of Education duties to the states.

68. Froze federal funding to Columbia and other schools that have failed to counter antisemitism.

69. Froze federal funding for Harvard for not complying with federal anti-discrimination law.

78. Ordered an end to anti-Christian bias in the federal government.

79. Issued an order restoring truth to American history at federal museums, monuments, and historical sites.

80. Reformed public service loan forgiveness to exclude organizations that have substantial illegal purposes.

81. Ended COVID-19 vaccine mandates in schools.
