The people are the only sure reliance for the preservation of our liberty.
Heritage members aren’t known for backing down from a challenge.
Even amid the uncertainty and anxiety of COVID-19 and nationwide riots, you stayed deeply involved with The Heritage Foundation. You took our calls, opened our emails, responded to our letters, attended our events, and made generous contributions and transformational gifts.
You saw that public health and constitutional freedoms were in danger, and you stepped forward to lead.
By the end of the year, and amid the most contentious election in American history, you and fellow members of the Heritage family had given $66 million.
Every cent we receive is used strategically, purposefully, and in accordance with your wishes. In 2020, you stepped up to incredible challenges—making possible Heritage’s efforts to defend election integrity, shape America’s response to COVID-19, and speak on behalf of religious liberty, free speech, the Second Amendment, and much, much more.
Our Founding Fathers sacrificed their lives, their fortunes, and their sacred honor to secure the freedoms Americans enjoy today, but they understood that the solemn duty of preserving them would ultimately rest on future generations.
The people are the only sure reliance for the preservation of our liberty.
Members of our Heritage Legacy Society—modern-day patriots who have remembered Heritage in their wills, trusts, or other planned gifts—are helping safeguard our founders’ vision for America so that our children and grandchildren can flourish in a nation built on freedom, opportunity, and civil society.
