International and domestic activists have increased their efforts to introduce graphic sex education curricula, sexual orientation and gender identity ideology, and promotion of abortion in public schools. Last year, the House of Representatives passed the Equality Act, which could pave the way for the imposition of similar curriculum at the national level—forcing its implementation in every state.
