Jessica Reinsch is Deputy Director of Programs in the Edwin Meese III Center for Legal and Judicial Studies at The Heritage Foundation.

Reinsch manages the design, development, and marketing of the Institute for Constitutional Government’s products, research, and major events, including the biannual Legal Strategy Forum and the annual Joseph Story Lecture and Preserve the Constitution lecture series.

Reinsch also manages the production and promotion of Institute’s major products such as the overcriminalization booklet USA vs YOU, the voter integrity booklet Does Your Vote Count? and a report on civil asset forfeiture called Arresting Your Property.

She joined Heritage in September 2007 as a Program Coordinator, working directly for former U.S. Attorney General Edwin Meese, then Chairman of the Center for Legal and Judicial Studies. She later was promoted to Associate Director for Legal Programs and, in June 2018, became a Deputy Director in the Institute for Constitutional Government, working with both the Edwin Meese III Center for Legal and Judicial Studies and the B. Kenneth Simon Center for Principles and Politics.

Before joining Heritage, Reinsch was a Program Assistant at the American Farm Bureau Federation.

Reinsch received a bachelor’s degree in education from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. She also holds a master’s degree in Organization Development and Knowledge Management from George Mason University’s School of Public Policy.
