Description
Since early 2024, The Heritage Foundation’s Davis Institute of National Security and Foreign Policy’s Chinese Handcuffs project has been documenting China’s calculated strategy to control “green energy” sources and the consequences of the American left’s eagerness to collaborate with China in the fight against climate change. The project’s final report presents the pathway forward for America to regain energy independence and secure its energy needs for decades to come.
Alaska Governor Mike Dunleavy will provide the event’s keynote address on the importance of American energy and threats posed by the Chinese Communist Party. Following Governor Dunleavy’s opening remarks, Dr. Victoria Coates will moderate a panel with distinguished experts to discuss the next American century of energy dominance and independence from China.
