The controversial 2015 Iran nuclear agreement, described during the U.S. presidential campaign by Donald Trump as “the worst deal ever negotiated,” remains in a precarious situation.  Iranian President Hassan Rouhani maintains that there is no possibility that the Trump Administration can overturn the nuclear deal.  President Trump has remained highly critical of the agreement, but has not walked away from it.  A panel of experts will examine the current state of the nuclear agreement, analyze flaws in its implementation and design, and discuss its cloudy future. The panel will feature David Albright, President of the Institute for Science and International Security, Fred Fleitz, the Senior Vice President for Policy and Programs at the Center for Security Policy and Olli Heinonen, Senior Advisor on Science and Nonproliferation at the Foundation for Defense of Democracies.
