Michael W. Gleba joined the Heritage Board of Trustees in 2016 and was elected Vice Chairman of the board in 2018.

Gleba is Chairman and CEO of the Sarah Scaife Foundation. Before joining the foundation, he practiced corporate law, first with K&L Gates in Pittsburgh and then with Morgan Lewis in Pittsburgh and Jakarta, Indonesia.

He is a member of the Board of Overseers of the Hoover Institution at Stanford University, the Board of Visitors of the Federalist Society for Law and Public Policy Studies, the Board of Directors of the American Foreign Policy Council and the National Advisory Board for Civic Education of the Ashbrook Center.

Gleba received a JD cum laude and an MBA with high honors from Duquesne University and a bachelor’s degree in industrial management with university honors from Carnegie Mellon University.
