Mission. The Heritage Foundation’s George C. Marshall Fellows program provides exceptional conservative professionals with the opportunity to apply the principles of grand strategy and the integration of all instruments of national power to achieve our national security interests.
Vision. A comprehensive overview of Grand Strategy theory and practice employing current global challenges provided early in the careers of those who will be charged with advancing U.S. national security interests which preserve the principles of free enterprise, limited government, individual freedom, traditional American values, and a strong national defense.
