Jennifer Perrigo is the Director of Workplace Services for The Heritage Foundation where she oversees facility management, business support services, and safety and security for the 250,000 SF Capitol Hill campus.
Within the first couple years in this position, she reduced Heritage's ongoing service contracts by $800K with no scope reductions and transitioned to Heritage's Master Service Agreement to standardize terms and reduce risk.
Perrigo's past experience includes her role as Vice President of Operations at the Upper Deck Company where she negotiated million-dollar contracts and reduced operational costs by more than 20 percent. She has extensive print production experience managing high-profile projects for the largest of RR Donnelley plants (a worldwide print and digital solutions provider).
She holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Brigham Young University.
