Last week, Arizona leaped to the front of the education choice pack. Already a leader on education savings accounts, Gov. Doug Ducey signed into law an expansion of the program, transforming it into a near-universal ESA option for all Arizona students. Instead of sending funds to district schools, parents receive 90% of what the state would have spent on their child in an account. ESAs are the future of education choice, and that future is now.
