Last week, President Biden’s Commission on the Supreme Court met for the second time to study potential “reforms.” During the meeting, the commission heard arguments supporting and opposing the practice of “court-packing”—expanding the Supreme Court beyond its current nine justices. Leftist proponents favor packing the court with new liberal justices in order to “balance” the court’s current composition. However, this would compromise confidence in the court, weaken the judicial branch, and destroy the limits on government our founders set in place. We must protect the integrity and impartiality of the Supreme Court. Your voice and values can make a difference!
