Tim McGovern is Senior Advisor for Information Technology at The Heritage Foundation.

McGovern previously served as Director and provides technical leadership to deliver Heritage's digital engagement, customer intelligence, productivity, and information security objectives.

He holds a bachelor’s degree from The Catholic University of America.
